中文:本学科坚持立德树人,培养能够在相关临床专科领域独立担负临床专科诊疗工作,并能够在相关专科领域独立担负临床应用研究和临床教学工作的创新型医学人才。本专业领域培养的博士研究生应满足以下要求: 1. 具备良好的职业道德,热爱临床工作,具有人文精神和人道主义关怀,遵守医学伦理,恪守学术道德,尊重患者的人格和基本权利; 2. 具有较强的临床实践能力和临床思维能力,能够胜任住院总医师工作;临床实践能力达到同年资主治医师以上或专科医师水平;同时具有与患者充分沟通的能力; 3. 掌握临床科研方法,具备独立选题、设计研究方案、执行研究计划、分析和总结研究结果、撰写研究论文的能力; 4. 掌握一门外语,能够用外文规范撰写本专业学术文章或研究论文,并能与国际同行进行口头和书面的有效交流与沟通。
英文:The discipline aims to cultivate innovative medical personnel who are capable of independently conducting clinical diagnosis and treatment in relevant clinical specialties, as well as undertaking independent clinical research and teaching work in related specialty fields. Doctoral candidates should meet the following requirements: 1. 中文:临床医学是研究疾病的病因、诊断、治疗和预后,提高临床治疗水平,促进人体健康的科学。它根据病人的临床表现,从整体出发研究疾病的病因、发病机理和病理过程,进而确定诊断,通过治疗和预防以最大程度上消除、控制或延缓疾病,恢复病人健康,减轻病人痛苦,恢复病人健康和改善生活质量。临床医学学科建设日臻完善,学科分类日趋精细,逐渐形成了许多分科和专业。临床医学正走向“4P”医学模式:预防性(Preventive)、预测性(Predictive)、个体化(Personalized)、参与性(Participatory)医学模式。 本学科的前身洛阳医学院成立于1958年,由当时的同济医学院、北京医学院、上海医学院、湘雅医学院共同援建,具有深厚的历史底蕴。目前已成为河南省重点学科,位列ESI全球前1%。现拥有7所直属和非直属三级甲等医院,23个国家和省级重点专科。自2004年开始培养临床医学学硕,2010年开始培养临床医学专硕,招生人数逐年递增。本学科按照教育部“新医科”建设思想,注重与信息、材料等多个学科相融合,2015年增设“生物医学信息学”二级学科博士点。 本学科研究方向包括:内科学、外科学、妇产科学、儿科学、肿瘤学、神经内科学、重症医学、急诊医学、老年医学、全科医学、眼科学、耳鼻咽喉科学等24个专业领域各种疾病的病因、发病机制、病理、临床表现、诊断与鉴别诊断、治疗与多学科治疗、转归和预防。
英文:The scienceof clinical medicine is of studying the genesis, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of diseases, as well as advancement of clinical care, and the promotion human health. It studies the etiology, pathogenesis and pathological process of the disease from the overall perspective according to the clinical manifestations of the patient, and then determines the diagnosis, eliminates, controls or delays the disease to the greatest extent through treatment and prevention, restores the patient's health, alleviates the patient's pain, restores the patient's health and improves the quality of life.Clinical medical disciplines are being built out much more effectively every day. Their classification is getting much more precise and a variety of sub specialties have developed, and more refined, and many sub-disciplines and specialties have gradually formed. Clinical medicine is moving towards the "4P" medical model: Preventive, Predictive, Personalized, and Participatory medicine. Luoyang Medical College, the predecessor of this discipline, was established in 1958 and jointly aided by Tongji Medical College, Beijing Medical College, Shanghai Medical College and Xiangya Medical College at that time, which has a profound historical background. At present, it has become a key discipline in Henan Province, ranking among the top 1% of ESI in the world. Now it has 7 directly subordinate and non-directly subordinate tertiary first-class hospitals, and 23 national and provincial key specialties. Since 2004, it has been providing training for master's degrees in clinical medicine, and in 2010, it has begun to cultivate clinical medicine masters, and the number of enrollments has increased over the years. In accordance with the ministry of education's "new medical" construction ideas, this discipline pays attention to the integration with information, materials and other disciplines, and in 2015, the second-level discipline of "biomedical informatics" was included. The research directions of this discipline include: internal medicine, surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, oncology, neurology, critical care medicine, emergency medicine, geriatrics, general medicine, ophthalmology, ophthalmology, otolaryngology and other 24 professional fields of various diseases, pathogenesis, pathology, clinical manifestations, diagnosis and differential diagnosis, treatment and multidisciplinary treatment, outcome and prevention.

中文:1. 培养方式 (1)课程学习与科学研究相结合的方式 要求课程学习、专科医师规范化培训和科学研究并重,着重培养博士研究生临床专科疾病诊疗能力、独立从事科学研究能力和创新能力。 (2)实行导师负责制 组成以导师为主的博士生指导小组,协助导师进行培养工作。同时注意充分发挥所在学科在培养博士研究生工作中的作用,为博士研究生创造良好的学习和工作环境。 2. 学习年限 本学科博士研究生的基本学制为4年,学习年限最长不超过6年。

中文:本学科博士研究生课程由学位课、非学位课组成,博士研究生课程教学原则上在第一学期完成。其中,学位课包括公共必修课、公共和专业基础课,非学位课是指公共选修课和专业选修课。要求: 1. 总学分不少于27学分。其中,课程总学分不少于18学分,必修环节应修满9学分。 2. 课程中学位课不少于13学分,非学位课不少于5学分。 3. 学位课中,公共必修课应修满7学分,公共及专业基础课不少于6学分。 4. 非学位课中,公共及专业选修课不少于5学分,课程的选修可结合研究方向和导师的意见进行选择。 5. 学位课考试方式为考试,成绩合格(≥60分)可获得学分,平均成绩应在75分(含)以上。非学位课考试方式为考试或考查。

素质培养
中文:一、临床能力培养 1. 临床能力训练 完成不少于18个月的二级或三级学科的专科训练,承担本科院内会诊,带教实习医师,安排一定的门、急诊工作,其中担任住院总医师或主治医师工作半年以上。 2. 临床能力考核 (1)日常考核 研究生应对日常培训及学习过程进行详细记录,导师及临床指导教师对研究生进行医德医风、专业技能、理论知识考核进行考核。研究生在申请临床技能毕业考核前,应向住院医师规范化培训办公室提交其专科临床技能培训的全部材料,经审查合格后方可进行临床技能毕业考核。 (2)毕业考核 毕业考核专家组由具有教授或主任医师职称的专家5-7人组成,其中校外专家不少于2人。考核内容应包括研究生的思想品德与工作表现、诊疗技术操作、教学查房、病例答辩和病历评估等项目。毕业考核不合格者不能申请论文答辩,应继续进行临床能力训练,半年或一年后重新进行考核。 二、科研素质和教学能力培养 1. 科研素质培养 科学素质培养为必修环节,包括开题报告、中期检查、学术活动。 (1)开题报告。应在第3学期完成选题工作。博士研究生以PPT的形式将考核内容向考核小组进行不少于20分钟的汇报,开题报告的评定成绩低于70分,视为未通过。考核通过,获得1学分。 (2)中期检查。应在第5学期完成中期检查。博士研究生以PPT的形式将考核内容向考核小组进行20分钟的汇报,中期检查的评定成绩低于70分,视为未通过。考核通过,获得1学分。 (3)学术活动。博士研究生在申请论文答辩前,本人主讲学术报告不少于2次,报告主体应体现本学科科研创新内容;同时应参加各类学术报告会10次以上,其中至少参加1次全国性或国际性学术会议。完成获得1学分。 2. 教学能力培养 要求临床医学博士专业学位研究生熟悉本专业医学教学的主要环节、教学大纲和教学内容,能够指导本科生书写病历和病情记录、进行临床示教、组织病例讨论、给本科实习生上课等,至少完成1次专题学术讲座,锻炼和提高组织教学和教学表达的能力。

Second, the quality of scientific research and the cultivation of teaching ability 1. Scientific research quality training The cultivation of scientific quality is a compulsory part, including opening reports, mid-term inspections, and academic activities. (1) Opening report. Topic selection should be completed in the 3rdsemester. Doctoral students shall present the assessment content to the assessment team for not less than 20 minutes in the form of PPT, and the evaluation score of the opening report less than 70 points, shall be deemed asunsatisfactory.Above 70 shall consequently be a passof the assessment and 1 creditscore shall be granted. (2) Mid-term inspection. The mid-term examination should be completed in semester 5. Doctoral students will report the assessment content to the assessment team for 20 minutes in the form of PPT, and the evaluation score of the mid-term inspection is less than 70 points, which is regarded as failure. Pass the assessment and receive 1 credit. (3) Academic activities. Doctoral students before applying for the defense of their dissertation 2. Teaching ability training Graduate students with a doctorate degree in clinical medicine are required to be familiar with the main links, syllabus and teaching content of medical teaching in this major, be able to guide undergraduate students to write medical records and disease records, conduct clinical teaching, organize case discussions, give classes to undergraduate interns, etc., and complete at least 1 special academic lecture to exercise and improve the ability to organize teaching and teaching expression.

中文:博士学位论文工作应在导师指导下独立完成,应反映作者掌握坚实宽广的基础理论和系统深入的专门知识,并在科学或专门技术上取得创造性的成果。 1. 论文类型与形式 博士学位论文字数一般不少于5万字。论文文字重复比须满足学校相关规定。 2. 论文评阅 博士学位论文须有5名博士研究生导师担任评阅人,且至少有3名校外评阅人。有一位评阅人不同意答辩时,一般不能答辩。 3. 学位论文答辩 论文答辩委员会采取不记名投票方式,就是否通过学位论文和授予博士学位作出决议。决议经全体成员三分之二(含)以上同意,方可通过。

中文:1. 申请条件 (1)完成培养方案所规定的各项要求; (2)完成至少18个月的专科医师规范化培训;并通过学校组织的临床能力毕业考核; (3)完成科研训练,以第一作者、且河南科技大学临床医学院、河南科技大学第一附属医院为第一署名单位,发表SCI收录期刊论文1篇(影响因子≥5分),或发表SCI收录期刊论文2篇(影响因子≥3分,其中1篇在中科院分区二区以上);发表SCI一区期刊论文1篇(影响因子≥10分)可提前一年申请学位。; (4)通过博士学位论文开题、中期检查、预答辩、查重、论文评阅、答辩等环节。 2. 学位授予 博士研究生在学校规定学习年限内,按培养方案规定修完培养计划规定内容,成绩合格,完成学位论文并通过答辩,准予毕业。经学校学位评定委员会审议通过,授予临床医学博士专业学位。
