中文:为适应我国国民经济发展和社会主义建设的需要,培养德、智、体、美、劳全面发展的药学领域高层次专门人才,本学科培养的学术型硕士研究生应达到以下目标: 1.必须具备明辨是非的能力,养成求真务实和严谨自律的治学态度,恪守学术道德规范,严格遵守动物实验和人体实验等方面的医学伦理规定。 2.系统地掌握药学领域的专业理论知识和相关学科基本理论知识,了解药学领域的新技术和新进展,具有较强的创新能力。 3.掌握本学科的现代实验方法和技能,以及从事药学科研的基本原则、规范和方法,能应用这些方法开展科学研究的实践能力。 4.掌握一门外国语,能熟练阅读本专业英文资料,具备专业写作和学术交流能力。
英文:To adapt to the needs of national economic development and socialist construction, this program is to train high-level specialized personnel in the field of Pharmacy with all-round development of morality, intelligence, physical fitness, aesthetics and labour skills. The objectives of this program are as follows: 1.To have the ability to distinguish right from wrong, develop a pragmatic and rigorous attitude, abide by academic ethics, and strictly abide by the medical ethics regulations on animal experiments and human experiments. 2.To master the professional theoretical knowledge in the field of pharmacy and the basic theoretical knowledge of related disciplines systematically, understand the new technology and new progress in the field of pharmacy, and have a strong innovation ability. 3.To master the modern experimental methods and skills of the discipline, as well as the basic principles, norms and methods of pharmaceutical research, and have the practical ability to apply these methods to carry out scientific research. 4.To master a foreign language and the ability of reading foreign reference materials of this discipline, possess the professional writing skills and academic communication skills.
学科/类别简介及研究方向
中文:药学学科在长期的发展过程中形成了自身的系统知识体系,同时又在发展过程中不断吸收新的科学知识。目前,药学学科已形成了以下三大主要知识体系:(1) 围绕药物的发现和制备,以化学为基础的药物化学知识体系;(2)以揭示药物有效性、安全性为主要目标,以生命科学为基础的药理学知识体系;(3)以保障药物临床合理使用为主要目标,以医学为基础的临床药学知识体系。同时药学学科内各方向的理论、研究方法与技术常具有相互交叉的性质,注重培育将多学科的知识交叉融合、综合运用的能力。 1.药理学 研究领域主要集中在:(1)肿瘤与分子药理学;(2)心血管药理学;(3)神经药理与毒理学。开展肿瘤靶向药物研发,心脑血管药物靶点筛选等研究。在肿瘤分子靶向治疗、高血压和心力衰竭治疗的潜在新靶点研究、中枢神经退行性疾病研究等领域形成优势。 2.药物化学 研究领域主要集中在:(1)天然药物的物质基础、作用机制及构效关系;(2)天然药物有效成分的高效分离纯化技术;(3)天然来源的保健品和化妆品的开发。在牡丹精油、壁虎多肽、柴胡皂苷、山茱萸核多酚、蚯蚓活性物质等天然产物开发方面独具特色。 3. 临床药理学 研究领域主要集中:(1)药物临床试验与新药评价;(2)治疗药物监测和临床合理用药;(3)药学信息与咨询。开展了药物临床试验、临床治疗药物监测、药品不良反应监测等工作,与医药企业合作,完成了多个药品的临床试验工作。 4. 药剂学 研究领域主要集中在:(1)分子药剂学;(2)口服缓控释给药系统;(3)靶向给药系统;(4)新剂型设计及应用。在缓控释制剂、新型肿瘤靶向药物递送系统、纳米制剂等方面具有明显优势。 5. 药物分析学 研究领域主要集中在:(1)药品质量控制;(2)中药与天然药物分析;(3)体内药物分析;(4)药物制剂分析。目前主要侧重各种药物分析新方法和新技术的研究开发及其在药学中的应用,如各种新型电化学传感器、光谱和色谱技术。
英文:Pharmaceutical discipline has formed its own systematic knowledge system in the long-term development process, and at the same time, it absorbs new scientific knowledge constantly in the development process. At present, the pharmaceutical discipline has formed the following three main knowledge systems : (1) Focused on the discovery and preparation of drugs, formed pharmaceutical chemistry knowledge system based on chemistry; (2) Formed a pharmacological knowledge system based on life sciences with the main goal of revealing the efficacy and safety of drugs; (3) The clinical pharmacy knowledge system based on medicine, with the main goal of ensuring the rational use of drugs in clinical practice. At the same time, theories, research methods and technologies in various directions of pharmaceutical discipline often have the nature of intersecting with each other, so it pays attention to cultivating the ability of intersecting, integrating and comprehensively applying the knowledge of multiple disciplines. 1.Pharmacology The main research fields are: (1) Tumor and molecular pharmacology; (2) Cardiovascular pharmacology; (3) Neuropharmacology and toxicology. Research of tumor targeted drugs and screening of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular drug targets were carried out. It has advantages in molecular targeted tumor therapy, potential new targets for the treatment of hypertension and heart failure, and research on central neurodegenerative diseases. 2.Pharmacochemistry The research fields mainly focus on: (1) The material basis, mechanism of action and structure-activity relationship of natural medicines; (2) Efficient separation and purification technology of natural medicine active ingredients; (3) The development of health products and cosmetics from natural sources. In the peony essential oil, gecko polypeptide, bupleurin saponins, dogwood core polyphenols, earthworm active substances and other natural products development has unique characteristics. 3. Clinical pharmacology Research mainly focuses on: (1) Drug clinical trials and evaluation of new drugs; (2) Therapeutic drug monitoring and clinical rational use; (3) Pharmaceutical information and consultation. We have carried out drug clinical trials, clinical therapeutic drug monitoring, adverse reaction monitoring and other work. 4. Pharmaceutics The research fields mainly focus on: (1) Molecular pharmacy; (2) Oral slow and controlled release drug delivery system; (3) Targeted drug delivery system; (4) Design and application of new dosage forms. It has obvious advantages in slow and controlled release preparation, new tumor targeted drug delivery system, nano preparation. 5. Pharmacoanalysis The main research areas: (1) drug quality control; (2) Analysis of traditional Chinese medicine and natural medicine; (3) In vivo drug analysis; (4) Analysis of drug preparations. At present, it mainly focuses on the research and development of various new methods and new technologies for drug analysis and their applications in pharmacy, such as various new electrochemical sensors, spectroscopy and chromatography technologies.

中文:1. 培养方式:学术学位研究生的培养采取课程学习和论文研究工作相结合的方式。通过课程学习和论文研究工作,系统掌握所在学科领域的理论知识,培养学生分析问题和解决问题的能力。硕士研究生的培养实行导师负责制,采用导师个别指导或导师组集体培养相结合的方式。 2. 学习年限:本学科硕士研究生的学制为2-3年,原则上,全日制硕士研究生最长学习年限为4年。非全日制硕士研究生最长学习年限为5年。

课程学习及学分要求
中文:1.课程设置 本学科硕士研究生课程由学位课、非学位课组成,原则上在两个学期完成。 (1)学位课 学位课包括公共必修课和专业基础课。公共必修课为政治理论、英语课程和学术道德与论文写作课程。学位课均为考试课,考核方式为课堂笔试(含闭、开卷),成绩由考试、平时作业和考勤等综合评定。 (2)非学位课 非学位课是指专业选修课,既可以从本学科专业单列的专业选修课中选修,又可以从其它学科的相近学科门类的专业课中选修。考核方式可以选择考试也可以选择考查,其形式可以是课堂笔试、口试、提交课程论文或报告(含总结、综述、心得体会等)。 跨学科、跨专业或大专起点研究生,应补修2-3门本专业或相近专业的本科生课程;补修课由导师确定,通过自学或跟随本科生听课方式进行,不计入研究生课程学分。 2.学分要求 研究生培养实行学分制,总学分不少于28学分。其中,课程总学分不少于25学分,科研素质培养(必修环节)应修满3学分。 课程总学分中,学位课不少于15学分,其中公共必修课应修满9学分,专业基础课不少于6学分;非学位课不少于10学分。 3.课程设置及学分详见课程设置表。 4.有关课程其他未尽事宜按照学校相关管理规定执行。
英文:1. Curriculum structure The master's degree courses for this program are composed of degree courses and non-degree courses to be completed in two semesters. (1)Degree courses Degree courses include public compulsory courses and professional basic courses. Degree courses are all exam courses requiring written examination in class (including closed and open papers). The results are evaluated comprehensively by examinations, homework and attendance. (2)Non-degree courses Non-degree courses include general elective courses and competency training courses. Non-degree courses are examination courses. Examination forms can be written examination, oral examination, submission of course papers or reports (including summary, summary, experience, etc.). The students who are enrolled in an interdisciplinary, interdisciplinary or equivalent academic capacity should take 2-3 undergraduate courses in their own or similar majors. The remedial course is determined by the tutor and can be studied by self-study or by attending the undergraduate course. The results must be assessed and recorded, but not included in the course credits. 2.Credit requirements (1)The program requires a minimum of 28 graduate credits, among them, the total credit of the course is not less than 25 credits, and the training of scientific research quality (compulsory link) should be completed with 3 credits. (2)Professional degree courses require a minimum of 15 credits, non-degree courses not less than 10 credits. (3)Of the degree courses, the public compulsory courses should be completed with 9 credits and professional basic courses with no less than 6 credits. (4)Of the non-degree courses, the general elective courses require a minimum of 10 credits, of which the specialized English course is compulsory (2 credits). 3. 素质培养
中文:科学素质培养为必修环节,包括科研总结能力培养和科研创新能力培养。 科研总结能力培养环节的考核包括开题考核和中期考核,各记1学分。具体依照学校相关规定执行。 科研创新能力包括研究生参加学术活动等,共记1学分。硕士生在申请论文答辩前应参加校级(地厅级)以上单位或本学科学术团体组织的学术报告会不少于3次。创新能力的考核方式为考查,其形式是提交参加学术报告的登记表和1篇总结报告。
英文:The cultivation of scientific research quality is a compulsory section of this program, developing the abilities of scientific research report writing and scientific research innovation. The assessment of the ability of scientific research report writing includes the opening examination and the mid-term examination, which are conducted in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Regulations on the Selection and Opening of Postgraduate Dissertations of Henan University of Science and Technology and the Interim Regulations on the Mid-term Examination of Postgraduates of Henan University of Science and Technology. The ability of scientific research innovation can be proved by the participation in academic activities, etc. Candidate students should attend at least three academic conferences organized by institutions at or above the school level (prefecture level) or academic organizations of their own disciplines before applying for thesis defense. The assessment of innovative ability takes the form of submitting a registration form and a summary report for participating in the academic report.

中文:研究生在完成培养计划所有课程的学分后,即进入学位论文工作环节。 1.学位论文内容及形式 学位论文应在指导教师指导下,由研究生本人独立完成。学位论文研究内容应符合相应学科内涵,对所研究的课题有新的见解,能够表明作者具有从事科学研究工作或独立担负专门技术工作的能力,反映作者在本门学科上掌握坚实的基础理论和系统的专门知识。 2.学位论文答辩 硕士学位论文评阅及答辩按照学校相关管理办法执行。社会评价材料应满足学校相关要求。
英文:After completing all the courses of the program, candidates will enter the work of dissertation, including dissertation pre-defense and formal defense. 1.Type and format of the written manuscript The research content of the dissertation should conform to the connotation of the corresponding discipline, have new opinions on the subject studied, can show that the author has the ability to engage in scientific research or undertake specialized technical work independently. 2.Thesis defense The application for thesis defense includes pre-reply, plagiarism check, thesis review, oral defense and so on. All defense works are carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of of Henan University of Science and Technology.

中文:硕士研究生修满规定的学分和完成学位论文后,可按有关规定开始学位申请与授予阶段的工作。在学位申请时,需要提供其攻读硕士学位期间能够反映其学位论文学术水平的社会评价材料,社会评价材料必须满足学校相关要求。 (1) 获国家或省部级科技奖励1项; (2) 发表SCI、 EI期刊论文1篇; (3) 发表中文核心期刊论文1篇; (4) 授权发明专利1件; (5) 获国家级二等奖及以上竞赛奖励1项(限第1名), 或省级一等奖及以上竞赛奖励1项(限第1名)。 注: 学术学位研究生申请学位须满足条件(1) -(5)之一。其他未尽事宜按照学校相关规定执行。达到各项规定要求的,授予医学硕士学位,同时获得硕士研究生毕业证书。
