英文:The Management Science and Engineering (Engineering) aims at cultivating students with application fundamentals of mathematics, management and computer, as well as basic theoretical knowledge of solid engineering and management disciplines. The graduates are expected to analyze, make decision, organize implementation and innovate with advanced ideas, methods and techniques of industrial engineering in operations management, engineering management, and technology management. They are required to be high-level specialized talents who independently engage in scientific research or independently undertake specialized technical work. It can promote the students' all-round development of moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic and labor, to adapt to China's national economic development and socialist construction.

中文:管理科学与工程(工学)是工程技术、管理技术与管理实践紧密结合的学科,侧重于研究同现代生产、经营、科技、经济、社会等发展相适应的管理理论、方法和工具。该学科培养学生具有扎实系统的管理理论基础,合理的知识结构,综合应用系统分析方法及相应的工程技术方法解决管理方面的有关理论与实际问题。 主要研究方向包括: 1.工业工程 基于工业与系统工程理论方法,注重系统局部与整体协同的优化方式,研究复杂制造系统生产、工艺、流程、设备、物流等方面的设计、优化与创新方法,通过系统分析、系统建模与评价以及系统实现技术及其理论研究,为企业实现精益制造与管理目标提供理论支撑。 2.管理信息系统 集成工业工程、信息技术和物联网技术(IE+IT),研究制造业的ERP/MES/PLM等信息系统及其系统集成关键技术,为实施两化融合与智能制造战略提供支持。 3.物流与供应链管理 针对制造业复杂物流系统如何高效率、低成本响应生产问题,综合应用运筹学、系统工程、管理技术、信息技术、物联网技术和系统仿真技术等理论方法,研究制造商设施布置及物料搬运系统优化、内外供应链协同等关键技术与理论创新及其应用。
英文:Discipline Introduction and Research Orientation Management Science and Engineering (Engineering) is a discipline that closely combines engineering technology, management technology and management practices, focusing on research management theories, methods and tools that are compatible with modern production, management, technology, economics, and social development. The discipline trains students to have a solid system of management theory, reasonable knowledge structure, comprehensive application system analysis methods and corresponding engineering techniques to solve relevant theoretical and practical problems in management. The main research directions include: 1. Industrial engineering Based on industrial and systems engineering theory methods, focusing on the optimization of system partial and overall coordination, research the design, optimization and innovation methods of production, technics, process, equipment and logistics for complex manufacturing system. Through system analysis, system modeling and evaluation, the system implementation technology and theoretical research, provide theoretical support for enterprises to achieve lean manufacturing goals. 2. Management information system Integrate industrial engineering, information technology and Internet of Things (IE+IT), research on ERP/MES/PLM and other information systems and their key technologies for system integration to support the implementation of the information and industrialization integration and intelligent manufacturing strategy. 3. Logistic and supply chain management Aiming at how the complex logistics system of manufacturing industry responds to the production problem with high efficiency and low cost, study the key technologies and theoretical innovations such as facility layout of manufacturer, optimization of material handling system, coordination of internal and external supply chains and their applications, by applying the theories and methods of operation research, system engineering, management technology, information technology, Internet of things and system simulation technology.

中文:1.培养方式是:(1)采用导师负责制,一般以校内导师为主,与企业联合培养的研究生以校外导师为主,指导学生的科学研究和学位论文,同时要求联合企业需配备专门的研究生培养机构,校内配备有多年指导研究生经验的导师,负责校内研究生管理过程中与学生的联系,并负责研究生的论文等工作。(2)课程学习、科学研究与学位论文工作并重。 2.全日制硕士研究生的学制为3年,最长不超过4年。非全日制硕士研究生最长学制不超过5年。满足提前毕业条件的,可以申请提前毕业。
英文:Education Mode and Length of Program 1. The length of program for part-time master's degree is not more than 5 years. The candidate who meets the conditions for early graduation may apply for early graduation.

中文:1.课程设置 本学科硕士研究生课程由学位课、非学位课组成,原则上在两个学期完成。 (1)学位课 学位课包括公共必修课和专业基础课。学位课均为考试课,考核方式为课堂笔试(含闭、开卷),成绩由考试、平时作业和考勤等综合评定。 (2)非学位课 非学位课包括普通选修课和能力训练课程。非学位课为考查课,考核形式可以是课堂笔试、口试、提交课程论文或报告(含总结、综述、心得体会等)。 跨学科、跨专业或以同等学力身份入学的硕士研究生,应补修2-3门本专业或相近专业的本科生课程。补修课程由导师确定,可通过自学或随本科生听课方式学习,须考核并记录成绩,但不计入课程学分。 2.学分要求 (1)总学分不少于30学分。其中,课程总学分不少于27学分,科研素质培养(必修环节)应修满3学分。 (2)学位课不少于15学分,非学位课不少于12学分。 (3)学位课中,公共必修课应修满7学分,专业基础课不少于8学分。 (4)非学位课中,普通选修课不少于10学分,其中《科技论文写作与规范》为必修课;能力训练课不少于2学分。 课程设置及学分详见课程设置表。 有关课程其他未尽事宜按照《河南科技大学研究生课程教学管理规定》(河科大研[2017]25号)文件执行。
英文:Curriculum System and Credit Requirements 1. Curriculum structure The master's degree courses for this program are composed of degree courses and non-degree courses to be completed in two semesters. (1) Degree courses Degree courses include public compulsory courses and professional basic courses. Degree courses are all exam courses requiring written examination in class (including closed and open papers). The results are evaluated comprehensively by examinations, homework and attendance. (2) Non-degree courses Non-degree courses include general elective courses and competency training courses. Non-degree courses are examination courses. Examination forms can be written examination, oral examination, submission of course papers or reports (including summary, summary, experience, etc.). The students who are enrolled in an interdisciplinary, interdisciplinary or equivalent academic capacity should take 2-3 undergraduate courses in their own or similar majors. The remedial course is determined by the tutor and can be studied by self-study or by attending the undergraduate course. Credit requirements (1) The program requires a minimum of 30 graduate credits, among them, the total credit of the course is not less than 27 credits, and the training of scientific research quality (compulsory link) should be completed with 3 credits. (2) Professional degree courses require a minimum of 10 credits, non-degree courses not less than 12 credits. (3) Of the degree courses, the public compulsory courses should be completed with 7 credits and professional basic courses with no less than 8 credits. (4) Of the non-degree courses, the general elective courses require a minimum of 10 credits, of which the Writing and Criterion on Scientific Paper course is compulsory and the ability training course is no less than 2 credits. 素质培养
中文:科学素质培养为必修环节,包括科研总结能力培养和科研创新能力培养。 科研总结能力培养环节的考核包括开题考核和中期考核,具体依照《河南科技大学研究生学位论文选题及开题工作的规定》(河科大研(2015〕18号)、《河南科技大学研究生中期考核暂行规定》(河科大研(2015〕19号)相关规定执行。 科研创新能力包括研究生参加学术活动等。硕士生在申请论文答辩前应参加校级(地厅级)以上单位或本学科学术团体组织的学术报告会不少于3次。创新能力的考核方式为考查,其形式是提交参加学术报告的登记表和1篇总结报告(或1份创新创业等社会实践报告)。
英文:Cultivation of Scientific Research Quality The cultivation of scientific research quality is a compulsory section of this program, developing the abilities of scientific research report writing and scientific research innovation. The assessment of the ability of scientific research report writing includes the opening examination and the mid-term examination, which are conducted in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Regulations on the Selection and Opening of Postgraduate Dissertations of Henan University of Science and Technology (No. 18, [2015]) and the Interim Regulations on the Mid-term Examination of Postgraduates of Henan University of Science and Technology (No. 19, [2015]). The ability of scientific research innovation can be proved by the participation in academic activities, etc.. Candidate students should attend at least three academic conferences organized by institutions at or above the school level (prefecture level) or academic organizations of their own disciplines before applying for thesis defense. The assessment of innovative ability takes the form of submitting a registration form and a summary report for participating in the academic report (or a social practice report such as innovation and entrepreneurship).

Thesis proposal and mid-term assessment In accordance with the Regulations on Selection and Opening of Postgraduate Dissertations of Henan University of Science and Technology (No. 18, [2015]) and the Interim Provisions on the Mid-term Assessment of Postgraduates of Henan University of Science and Technology (No. 19, [2015]), the relevant provisions shall be implemented. 3. Thesis defense The application for thesis defense includes pre-reply, plagiarism check, thesis review, oral defense and so on. All defense works are carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Regulations on the Management of Postgraduate Defense of Henan University of Science and Technology (No. 32 issued by Henan University of Science and Technology), Thesis Plagiarism Regulation and Policy of Henan University of Science and Technology ( No. 29 issued by Henan University of Science and Technology) and the Detailed Rules for Degree Granting of Henan University of Science and Technology (No. 31 [2017] issued by Henan University of Science and Technology).

中文:本学科硕士研究生修满规定的学分和完成学位论文后,可按有关规定开始学位申请与授予阶段的工作。硕士研究生在学位申请时,需要提供其攻读硕士学位期间能够反映其学位论文学术水平的社会评价材料。社会评价材料除满足《河南科技大学研究生学术成果社会评价认定办法》(河科大研[2017]26号)相关要求外,还必须满足《机电工程学院关于硕士研究生学位论文社会评价的暂行规定》(2017年12月18日学院学位评定分委员会会议通过)的相关要求。 其他未尽事宜按照《河南科技大学学位授予工作细则》(河科大研[2017]31号)等相关规定件执行。达到各项规定要求的,根据招生类别授予工学硕士学位,同时获得硕士研究生毕业证书。
英文:Application for Granting of Master's Degree After completing the required courses and dissertations, candidates may start the application for master’s degree in accordance with the relevant provisions. When applying for a master's degree, candidates need to provide academic evaluation materials which can reflect the academic level of their dissertations during their study for a master's degree. In addition to meeting the relevant requirements of the Regulations on Social Evaluation of Postgraduate Academic Achievements of Henan University of Science and Technology (No. 26 [2017]), the social evaluation materials must also meet the relevant requirements of the Interim Regulations of School of Mechatronics Engineering for the Social Evaluation of Master's Dissertations (Adopted by the Meeting of Degree Assessment Subcommittee by School of Mechatronics Engineering, held on December 18, 2017). Other affairs not included hereof shall be implemented in accordance with the Detailed Rules for Degree Granting of Henan University of Science and Technology (No. 31, [2017]) and other relevant provisions. Those who meet the requirements of all regulations shall be awarded master's degree in Engineering according to the category of enrollment and be granted the Graduation Certificate.
