中文：培养具有较高政治思想素质和优良学术道德，德智体美劳全面发展，具有扎实的经济、金融学理论基础，良好的职业道德，富有创新和进取精神，较强的从事金融实际工作能力的高层次应用型金融专业人才。通过培养，使学生熟悉金融学学科及前沿动态，具备扎实的金融学理论基础与专业技能，具有前瞻性和国际化视野，能够应用金融学的相关理论和方法解决实际问题；具有在经济管理部门、科研和企业单位独立开展金融工作的实践能力，并能熟练运用一门外语进行专业研究。
英文：To cultivate high-level applied financial professionals with strong political ideology, academic integrity, and well-rounded development in moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic, and labor education. These individuals will possess solid theoretical foundations in economics and finance, demonstrate professional ethics, exhibit innovative spirit and enterprising drive, and demonstrate strong practical capabilities in financial work. Through this program, students will gain familiarity with financial disciplines and cutting-edge developments, acquire robust theoretical knowledge and professional skills, develop forward-looking and international perspectives, and apply financial theories and methods to solve real-world problems. Graduates will be equipped to independently conduct financial research in economic management departments, academic institutions, and enterprises, while demonstrating proficiency in using a foreign language for specialized studies.

中文：本学科可溯源至洛阳工学院1997年开设的金融保险专科，2001年开始招生的金融学本科。依托应用经济学和统计学两个一级学科学术型硕士学位点，其中，应用经济学是河南省第八批、第九批重点学科。以河南省教育厅重点人文社科基地和河南省科技厅软科学重点研究基地等科研平台为纽带，结合区域经济金融发展特点，突出地方金融机构专业人员在人才培养方面的作用，以满足当地金融经济发展需要。不细分培养方向。
英文：This discipline traces its origins to the Financial Insurance Specialized Program established by Luoyang Institute of Technology in 1997, followed by the undergraduate program in Finance launched in 2001. It is supported by two first-level academic master＇s degree programs: Applied Economics and Statistics, with Applied Economics being designated as a key discipline in both the eighth and ninth batches of Henan Province. Leveraging research platforms such as the Key Humanities and Social Sciences Base of Henan Provincial Department of Education and the Soft Science Research Base of Henan Provincial Department of Science and Technology, the program aligns with regional economic and financial development characteristics. By emphasizing the role of local financial institution professionals in talent cultivation, it aims to meet the needs of regional financial and economic growth. The program does not offer specialized training tracks.
培养方式及学习年限
中文：1.培养方式 （1）采用课程学习、专业实践和学位论文相结合的培养方式。注重理论联系实际，强调培养学生分析和解决实际问题的能力，采用案例教学、小组讨论、沙盘演练、现场参观研讨、参与企业咨询等多样化的实践教学方法。开辟第二课堂，聘请实务部门、政策制定部门和监管部门有实践经验的专家开设讲座或承担部分课程。重视和加强政治思想素质和职业道德的培养。 （2）学位论文指导实行双导师制，校内导师是研究生培养的第一责任人，聘请校外导师参与实践过程、论文写作等环节的指导工作，校外导师一般应具有丰富的实践经验并有高级技术职称。 2．学习年限 本学科硕士研究生的学制为3年；原则上，全日制硕士研究生最长学习年限为4年。提前毕业和延期毕业执行校研究生院相关规定。 本学科全日制硕士研究生提前完成培养计划中规定的课程学习和学位论文工作，论文答辩通过，达到申请本学科硕士学位要求者，可申请提前毕业。全日制硕士研究生最多提前半年毕业。 全日制专业学位（不含工商管理硕士和公共管理硕士）研究生申请学位满足条件（1）-（10）之一；提前毕业的硕士生除满足上述条件外，还须满足条件（1）。 （1）发表中文核心及以上（含FMS、SCI、SSCI、A&HCI、EI、CSSCI、CSCD）期刊论文1篇； （2）参与完成国家级科研项目并结项； （3）获市级以上采纳的咨询报告或智库成果1份； （4）获中国国际大学生创新大赛、“挑战杯”全国大学生系列科技学术竞赛和创青春全国大学生创业大赛省赛获奖，或中国研究生创新实践系列大赛国家级三等奖及以上； （5）科研成果获省级及以上奖励1项； （6）SCI、EI收录的国际会议论文1篇； （7）发表CN期刊论文1篇，须中国知网检索； （8）出版著作或教材1部（不少于2万字）； （9）参与完成省部级及以上科研项目并结项； （10）撰写案例入选专业学位教指委指定案例库；

课程学习及学分要求
中文：研究生课程分为学位课和非学位课。学习实行学分制，硕士研究生在校期间，应修最低学分为41学分，其中学位课不低于17学分，非学位课不低于16学分。硕士研究生在申请答辩之前应修满所要求的学分。非经济类本科生需补修会计学原理、经济学原理（不计入学分）。具体课程设置见附表。
英文：Graduate courses are categorized into degree and non-degree programs. The academic system operates on a credit-based framework, requiring master＇s students to complete a minimum of 41 credits during their studies, with at least 17 credits dedicated to degree courses and 16 to non-degree courses. Students must fulfill these credit requirements before applying for thesis defense. Non-economics undergraduates are required to take supplementary courses in Accounting Principles and Economics Principles (not counted toward admission credits). For detailed course arrangements, please refer to the attached schedule.
素质培养
中文：科学素质培养为必修环节，包括开题报告、中期检查、专业实践。 1.开题报告。应在第3学期完成选题工作。硕士研究生以PPT的形式将考核内容向考核小组进行不少于15分钟的汇报，开题报告的评定成绩低于70分，视为未通过。考核通过，获得1学分。 2.中期检查。应在第5学期完成中期检查。硕士研究生以PPT的形式将考核内容向考核小组进行10-20分钟的汇报，开题报告的评定成绩低于70分，视为未通过。考核通过，获得1学分。 3.专业实践。专业学位研究生在学期间，在金融机构或政府及企事业单位的金融工作岗位实习不得少于6个月。考核通过，获得6学分。
英文：Scientific quality training is a compulsory link, including thesis proposal, mid-term inspection and professional practice. 1. Thesis Proposal. The topic selection should be completed in the third semester. Master＇s students shall report the assessment content to the assessment panel in the form of PPT for no less than 15 minutes. If the evaluation score of the thesis proposal is lower than 70 points, it will be deemed as failing. If the assessment is passed, 1 credit will be awarded. 2. Mid-term examination. The mid-term examination should be completed in the fifth semester. The master＇s students shall report the assessment content to the assessment panel for 10-20 minutes in the form of PPT. If the evaluation score of the thesis proposal is lower than 70 points, it will be deemed as failing. If the assessment is passed, 1 credit will be awarded. 3. Professional practice. During the study period, professional degree graduate students shall have no less than 6 months of internship in financial positions of financial institutions or government, enterprises and public institutions. If they pass the assessment, they will get 6 credits.

中文：学位论文工作包括开题、中期考核、论文预答辩与答辩等环节。论文的基本形式主要有：案例分析、产品设计与金融实践问题解决方案、调研报告或基于实际问题分析的政策建议报告等。 论文开题、中期考核、论文预答辩、答辩环节，按照河南科技大学相关文件执行。
英文：The dissertation work includes the stages of proposal, mid-term assessment, pre-defense and defense. The basic forms of the dissertation are mainly: case analysis, product design and financial practice problem solutions, research report or policy recommendation report based on practical problem analysis. The thesis proposal, mid-term assessment, pre-defense and defense will be carried out in accordance with the relevant documents of Henan University of Science and Technology.
学位申请与授予
