培养目标
中文：农村发展硕士是与农村经济社会发展、乡村振兴等农村领域任职资格相关的专业学位。主要为农村社会、农村经济、农业发展、农业管理等政府部门和企事业单位培养具有综合职业能力的应用型、复合型高层次人才。具体要求为： 1.农业硕士专业学位获得者应掌握中国特色社会主义理论；拥护党的基本路线、方针、政策；热爱祖国，热爱农村，遵纪守法，品德良好，艰苦奋斗，求实创新，积极为我国农业现代化和乡村振兴服务。 2.农业硕士专业学位获得者应掌握坚实的农业领域经济、管理、社会等学科的基础理论和系统的专业知识；具有较宽广的知识面和较强的观察分析农村经济、社会问题的能力，具有很强的创新意识和坚毅的工作精神，能够独立从事较高层次的农村领域的相关工作。 3.基本掌握一门外国语，能够阅读本领域的外文资料。
英文：Rural Development is a professional degree program related to the rural economy, rural revitalization and qualifications for rural areas that cultivate high-level talents with comprehensive professional ability for rural society, rural economy, agricultural development, agricultural management, government departments, and enterprises and institutions. 1. The graduates of master of agriculture should know the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics well; support the basic line, principles and policies of Communist Party of China; and actively contribute to China’s agricultural modernization and rural revitalization services. 2. The graduates should master the basic theory and systematic professional knowledge of economics, management, society and other disciplines in the agricultural field; have a broad range of knowledge and a strong ability to observe and analyze rural economic and social problems, have a strong sense of innovation and perseverance in work, and be able to independently engage in higher-level rural work. 3. The graduates should be proficient in using a foreign language for professional research.

中文：农村发展专业硕士依托河南科技大学应用经济学、统计学两个一级学科举办，重点学习区域经济发展、农村社会、经济发展的理论与实践课程，毕业生将具备较强的农村区域规划和部门管理能力。该专业现设有4个研究方向： 1. 农村公共管理 2. 农业社会发展 3. 农村发展规划 4. 农业农村发展

培养方式及学习年限
中文：培养方式分全日制和非全日制两种：学制一般为3年，全日制最长可延长1年，非全日制最长可延长2年。 1. 采用课程学习、专业实践和学位论文相结合的培养方式。 2. 学位论文指导实行双导师制。校内导师是研究生培养的第一责任人，校外导师协助校内导师共同完成研究生的培养任务，同时加强导师团队、方向合作。 以校内导师为主，聘请校外导师参与实践过程、项目研究等环节的指导工作。校外导师一般应具有丰富的实践经验并有高级技术职称。 3.提前毕业和延期毕业执行校研究生院相关规定。本学科全日制硕士研究生提前完成培养计划中规定的课程学习和学位论文工作，论文答辩通过，达到申请本学科硕士学位要求者，可申请提前毕业。全日制硕士研究生最多提前半年毕业。申请提前毕业的全日制硕士研究生申请学位满足条件 （1）—（2）之一，同时满足条件 （3）—（10）之一，还须增加条件（1）—（2）中论文 1 篇。 (1)发表中文核心及以上（含 FMS、 SCI、 SSCI、 A&HCI、 EI、 CSSCI、CSCD） 期刊论文 1 篇， 或 SCI、 EI 收录的国际会议论文 1 篇； (2)发表 CN 期刊论文 1 篇， 或学术会议论文 1 篇； (3)出版重要出版社专著或教材 1 部（字数不少于 3 万字）； (4)获省部级及以上科研奖励 1 项； (5)参加省部级及以上科研项目、 10 万元及以上横向科研项目 1项并提交研究报告； (6)参加学术会议并宣读论文 1 次； (7)获得省级及以上竞赛奖励 1 项； (8)获市级以上采纳的咨询报告 1 份； (9)撰写解决政府或企业实际问题的研究报告（5000 字以上） 及该研究报告的采纳证明； (10)获得专业学位全国教学指导委员会主办的全国赛事参赛经历。
英文：There are two training methods: full-time and part-time: the school system is generally 3 years, full-time can be extended for up to 1 year, and part-time can be extended for up to 2 years. 1. Adopt a training method that combines course study, professional practice and degree thesis. 2. The dissertation guidance implements a dual tutor system. The on-campus tutor is the first person in charge of postgraduate training, and the off-campus tutor assists the on-campus tutor to complete the postgraduate training task together, and at the same time strengthens the tutor team and direction cooperation. Mainly dominated by in-school tutors, and hire out-of-school tutors to participate in the guidance of the practice process, project research and other links. Outside tutors should generally have rich practical experience and senior technical titles. 3.Graduation in advance and postponement of graduation shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Graduate Office of HAUST.Full-time master＇s degree students who complete the course study and dissertation work specified in the training plan in advance, pass the thesis defense, and meet the requirements for applying for a master＇s degree in this discipline, can apply for early graduation. Full-time master＇s students graduate up to six months in advance. Full-time master＇s degree students who apply for early graduation are required to meet either of the conditions (1) or (2), as well as one of the conditions (3) to (10). Additionally, they must also fulfill the requirement of submitting another one research paper as mentioned in conditions (1) to (2). (1) Publish one Chinese core or higher (including FMS, SCI, SSCI, A&HCI, EI, CSSCI, CSCD) journal article, or one international conference paper indexed in SCI or EI. (2) Publish one CN journal article or one academic conference paper. (3) Publish one monograph or textbook by a reputable publishing company (with a word count of no less than 30,000 words). (4) Receive one provincial or ministerial-level research award. (5) Participate in one provincial or ministerial-level research project or a cross-industry research project worth at least 100,000 RMB and submit a research report. (6) Participate in one academic conference and present a paper. (7) Receive one provincial-level or higher competition award. (8) Obtain one adopted consulting report at the municipal level or above. (9) Write a research report (over 5,000 words) addressing practical problems faced by the government or enterprises, and provide proof of its adoption. (10) Participate in a national competition organized by the National Teaching Guidance Committee for Professional Degrees.
课程学习及学分要求
中文：课程学习和实践教学实行学分制，总学分不少于35学分。课程学习不少于27学分，包括公共必修课11学分，专业基础课8学分。选修课一般由学生选修不低于8分，需经导师同意。
英文：Curriculum learning and practical teaching implement a credit system, with a total of no less than 35 credits. no less than 27 credits for course study, including 11 credits for public degree courses, 8 credits for professional basic courses, and no less than 8 credits for elective courses. Elective courses are generally taken by students with the consent of the instructor.
素质培养
中文：按照必修环节有开题报告、中期考核与专业实践。专业实践6学分，采用集中实践与分段实践相结合的方式进行。研究生在学期间必须保证不少于6个月的实践教学，考核合格获得6学分。指导教师应为研究生制定详细的专业实践计划，指导其开展实践学习。实践期满后研究生要撰写实践学习总结报告，培养单位应对研究生的实践环节进行考核，通过者取得相应学分。素质培养其他各项要求依照河南科技大学研究生管理相关文件实行。
英文：Compulsory courses include the opening report, mid-term assessment and professional practice. 6 credits for professional practice, combined with concentrated practice and segmented practice. Graduate students must ensure no less than 6 months of practical teaching during their studies, and obtain 6 credits after passing the examination. Instructors should formulate detailed professional practice plans for graduate students and guide them to carry out practical learning. After the expiration of the practice period, graduate students must write a summary report of practical learning, and the training unit shall conduct an assessment on the practical aspects of graduate students, and those who pass will obtain corresponding credits. The requirements of quality cultivation should follow the related documents of HAUST.
学位论文
中文：研究生在完成培养计划所有课程学分后，即进入学位论文工作环节，包括开题、中期考核、学位申请与答辩等环节。本专业学位研究生可以结合专业实践开展论文研究工作。本专业学位研究生学位论文类型可采用研究类、项目管理类、调研（查）类等。论文形式可以是研究论文、项目论证报告、调研（查）报告等。 开题、中期考核、学位申请及最终答辩需按照河南科技大学研究生培养相关文件执行。
英文：After the graduate students have completed all the course credits of the training plan, they will enter the work of the dissertation, including the topic opening, mid-term assessment, degree application and defense. The graduate students of this professional degree can carry out thesis research work in combination with professional practice. The types of dissertations for graduate students of this major can be research, project management, research (inquiry), etc. The thesis can be in the form of research papers, project demonstration reports, research (investigation) reports, etc. All the sections including proposal defense, mid-term assessment, dissertation pre-defense and formal defense should be implemented according to the related documents of HAUST.

According to the ＂Regulations on Academic Achievements for Master＇s Degree Application＂ and the ＂Methods for Recognizing Academic Achievements for Master＇s Degree Application in the School of Business, Henan University of Science and Technology,＂ the academic achievements of master＇s degree applicants must meet the following requirements: (1) Publish one Chinese core or higher (including FMS, SCI, SSCI, A&HCI, EI, CSSCI, CSCD) journal article, or one international conference paper indexed in SCI or EI. (2) Publish one CN journal article or one academic conference paper. (3) Publish one monograph or textbook by a reputable publishing company (with a word count of no less than 30,000 words).
