英文:The Management Science and Engineering (Engineering) aims at cultivating students with application fundamentals of mathematics, management and computer, as well as basic theoretical knowledge of solid engineering and management disciplines. The graduates are expected to analyze, make decision, organize implementation and innovate with advanced ideas, methods and techniques of industrial engineering in operations management, engineering management, and technology management. They are required to be high-level specialized talents who independently engage in scientific research or independently undertake specialized technical work. It can promote the students' all-round development of moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic and labor, to adapt to China's national economic development and socialist construction.

中文:管理科学与工程(工学)是工程技术、管理技术与管理实践紧密结合的学科,侧重于研究同现代生产、经营、科技、经济、社会等发展相适应的管理理论、方法和工具。该学科培养学生具有扎实系统的管理理论基础,合理的知识结构,综合应用系统分析方法及相应的工程技术方法解决管理方面的有关理论与实际问题。本学科包括以下研究方向: 1.工业工程 基于工业与系统工程理论方法,注重系统局部与整体协同的优化方式,研究复杂制造系统生产、工艺、流程、设备、物流等方面的设计、优化与创新方法,通过系统分析、系统建模与评价以及系统实现技术及其理论研究,为企业实现精益制造与管理目标提供理论支撑。 2.管理信息系统 集成工业工程、信息技术和物联网技术(IE+IT),研究制造业的ERP/MES/PLM等信息系统及其系统集成关键技术,为实施两化融合与智能制造战略提供支持。 3.物流与供应链管理 针对制造业复杂物流系统如何高效率、低成本响应生产问题,综合应用运筹学、系统工程、管理技术、信息技术、物联网技术和系统仿真技术等理论方法,研究制造商设施布置及物料搬运系统优化、内外供应链协同等关键技术与理论创新及其应用。
英文:Management Science and Engineering (Engineering) is a discipline that closely combines engineering technology, management technology and management practices, focusing on research management theories, methods and tools that are compatible with modern production, management, technology, economics, and social development. The discipline trains students to have a solid system of management theory, reasonable knowledge structure, comprehensive application system analysis methods and corresponding engineering techniques to solve relevant theoretical and practical problems in management.This discipline includes the following research areas: 1. Industrial engineering Based on industrial and systems engineering theory methods, focusing on the optimization of system partial and overall coordination, research the design, optimization and innovation methods of production, technics, process, equipment and logistics for complex manufacturing system. Through system analysis, system modeling and evaluation, the system implementation technology and theoretical research, provide theoretical support for enterprises to achieve lean manufacturing goals. 2. Management information system Integrate industrial engineering, information technology and Internet of Things (IE+IT), research on ERP/MES/PLM and other information systems and their key technologies for system integration to support the implementation of the information and industrialization integration and intelligent manufacturing strategy. 3. Logistic and supply chain management Aiming at how the complex logistics system of manufacturing industry responds to the production problem with high efficiency and low cost, study the key technologies and theoretical innovations such as facility layout of manufacturer, optimization of material handling system, coordination of internal and external supply chains and their applications, by applying the theories and methods of operation research, system engineering, management technology, information technology, Internet of things and system simulation technology.
培养方式及学习年限
中文:1. 培养方式 (1)采用导师负责制,一般以校内导师为主,与企业联合培养的研究生以校外导师为主,指导学生的科学研究和学位论文,同时要求联合企业需配备专门的研究生培养机构,校内配备有多年指导研究生经验的导师,负责校内研究生管理过程中与学生的联系,并负责研究生的论文等工作。 (2)课程学习、科学研究与学位论文工作并重。 2.学习年限 本学科硕士研究生的学制为3年,原则上,全日制硕士研究生最长学习年限为4年,非全日制硕士研究生最长学习年限为5年。

Education Mode (1) Adopting the tutor responsibility system, which is generally dominated by in-school tutors to guide the students' scientific research and dissertations, while the post-graduate students jointly trained with enterprises are dominated by out-of-school tutors. The joint enterprises are required to be equipped with specialized graduate students, and the training institution is equipped with many years of instructors who guide the graduate experience. The tutors are responsible for the contact with the students in the postgraduate management process, and the postgraduate thesis. (2) Paying equal attention to curriculum learning, scientific research and dissertation work. 2. Length of Program The academic duration of a master's degree in this discipline is 3 years. In principle, the maximum duration for the full-time master's degree is 4 years, and 5 years are the upper limit for part-time master's degree.
课程学习及学分要求
中文:学术学位硕士研究生课程由学位课和非学位课组成,硕士学位研究生课程教学原则上在2个学期完成。其中,学位课包括公共必修课、公共和专业基础课,非学位课是指公共选修课和专业选修课。要求: 1. 总学分不少于28学分。其中,课程总学分不少于25学分,必修环节应修满3学分。 2. 课程中学位课不少于15学分,非学位课不少于10学分。 3. 学位课中,公共必修课应修满9学分,专业基础课不少于6学分。 4. 非学位课中,公共和选修课和专业选修课不少于10学分,课程的选修可结合研究方向和导师的意见进行选择。跨学科、跨专业或以同等学力身份入学的硕士研究生,应补修2-3门本专业或相近专业的本科生课程,补修课程由导师确定。 5. 学位课考试方式为考试,成绩合格(≥60分)可获得学分,平均成绩75分(含)以上。非学位课考试方式为考试或考查。 课程设置及学分详见课程设置表,有关课程其他未尽事宜依照学校相关规定执行。
英文:The degree courses of this program are composed of degree courses and non-degree courses courses to be completed in two semesters in principle.Degree courses include public compulsory courses,public and professional foundation courses.Non-degree courses refer to public elective courses and professional elective courses.Study Requirements: 1. The program requires a minimum of 28 graduate credits, among them, the total credit of the course is not less than 25 credits, and the training of scientific research quality (compulsory link) should be completed with 3 credits. 2. Professional degree courses require a minimum of 15 credits, non-degree courses not less than 10 credits. 3. Of the degree courses, the public compulsory courses should be completed with 9 credits and professional basic courses with no less than 6 credits. 4. Of the non-degree courses, public elective courses and professional elective courses require a minimum of 10 credits. The selection of the courses should be in conjunction with the research direction and the opinions of the supervisor.The students who are interdisciplinary, cross-specialty or enrolled in with the equivalent academic capacity,should take 2-3 undergraduate's courses in their own or similar majors,and the remedial course is determined by the supervisor. 5. The evaluation method for degree courses is the examination. The scores (≥60 ) can be obtained, with an average score of 75 (inclusive).The evaluation method for non-degree courses may be examination or assessment. Please refer to the curriculum setting table for details of the curriculum and credits. Other matters not covered in the course shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant regulations of the school.
素质培养
中文:科学素质培养为必修环节,包括开题报告、中期检查、学术活动。 1. 开题报告。应在第3学期完成选题工作。硕士研究生以PPT的形式将考核内容向考核小组进行不少于15分钟的汇报,开题报告的评定成绩低于70分,视为未通过。考核通过,获得1学分。 2. 中期检查。应在第5学期完成中期检查。硕士研究生以PPT的形式将考核内容向考核小组进行10-20分钟的汇报,开题报告的评定成绩低于70分,视为未通过。考核通过,获得1学分。 3. 学术活动。硕士生在申请论文答辩前应参加校级(地厅级)以上单位或本学科学术团体织组织的学术报告会不少于3次。完成获得1学分。 其他未尽事宜,依照学校相关规定执行。
英文:Scientific quality training is a compulsory part, including the opening report, mid-term assessment, and academic activities. 1. The opening report. The topic selection should be completed in the third semester. Postgraduate students report to the assessment team in the form of PPT for no less than 15 minutes. If the average score for the opening report is lower than 70, it will be regarded as a failure.On the contrary, 1 credit will be obtained. 2. Mid-term assessment report. Mid-term assessment should be completed in the 5th semester. Postgraduate students report to the assessment team in the form of PPT for 10-20 minutes. If the average score for the mid-term assessment report is lower than 70, it will be regarded as a failure. On the contrary, 1 credit will be obtained. 3. Academic activities. 中文:硕士学位论文论文工作应在导师指导下独立完成,论文对所研究的内容应有新见解,并力求在理论上或实际应用上对我国社会主义建设具有一定的理论意义或应用价值 1.论文类型与形式 硕士学位论文字数一般不少于3万字。论文文字重复比检查须满足学校相关规定。 2.论文评阅 按论文评阅实行盲审制,硕士学位论文须有2名校外研究生导师担任评阅人。两位评阅人均不同意答辩时,不能答辩;有一位评阅人不同意答辩时,一般不能答辩。 3.学位论文答辩 论文答辩委员会采取不记名投票方式,就是否通过学位论文和授予硕士学位作出决议。决议经全体成员三分之二(含)以上同意,方可通过。 其他未尽事宜,依照学校相关规定执行。
英文:The work of the master thesis should be completed independently under the guidance of the supervisor。The thesis should have new opinions on the study area and strive to have a certain theoretical significance or application value for the socialist construction in theory or practical application. 1. The type and format of the master thesis The length of master thesis is generally not less than 30,000 words. The repetition ratio for the text of the thesis must meet the relevant regulations of the school. 2. Paper review The thesis review implements the blind review system. Master's thesis must have 2 external tutors as reviewers. When the two reviews both disagree with the thesis defense, the defense cannot be performed; if one of the reviewers disagrees with the defense, it is generally not possible to proceed. 3. Thesis defense The thesis defense committee adopts secret ballot to make a decision on whether to approve the thesis and confer a master degree. Resolutions can only be passed with the consent of more than two-thirds (inclusive) of all members. Other matters not mentioned above shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant regulations of the school.

中文:1. 本学科硕士研究生在提出学位申请时,需要提供其攻读硕士学位期间,以河南科技大学为第一署名单位,在公开出版的学术期刊上发表的学术论文、获得的科研成果和发明专利等一切能反映其学位论文学术水平的社会评价材料。硕士研究生在提供与本人研究方向紧密相关的以下社会评价材料之一后,学院方受理其学位论文答辩申请: (1)以第1作者至少发表学术期刊论文1篇:全国中文核心期刊论文或CSCD库期刊论文或SCD库期刊论文或外文期刊论文,有论文正式录用通知书和版面费发票且经导师签字认可后视为有效论文。 (2)以第1作者在国际学术会议上至少发表论文1篇,论文须被CPCI、EI、ISTP等检索收录。 (3)成功申报专利1项:发明专利须进入实质性审查阶段(限前5名),实用新型专利须获得授权(限前2名,本人为第2名时,导师应为第1名)。 (4)科研工作阶段成果经过学院学位评定分委员会初审符合毕业条件者。 2. 硕士研究生在学校规定学习年限内,按培养方案规定修完培养计划规定内容,成绩合格,完成学位论文并通过答辩,准予毕业。经学校学位评定委员会审议通过,准予授予相应硕士学位。 其他未尽事宜,依照学校相关规定执行。
英文:1. When applying for a academic degree, students need to provide their all social evaluation materials with Henan University of Science and Technology as the first signatory unit ,such as academic papers published in publicly academic journals, scientific research achievements and invention patents,which obtained during the study of master’s degree and can reflect the academic level of their dissertation. Applicants for master’s degree in mechanical engineering, after providing one of the following social evaluation materials that closely related to the research direction, their dissertation defense applications can be accepted: (1) Published at least 1 paper in academic journals as the first author: papers that in National China Core Journal or CSCD library or SCD library or foreign language journals can be judged as valid thesis,on the premise of having official notification and paper charges invoices which were signed by the supervisor. (2) Published at least 1 paper in international academic conference as the first author , which should be indexed by CPCI,EI, or ISTP; (3) Received 1 successful application for patents: invention patents must enter the substantial review stage (limited to the top 5 inventor), and the practical new patent must be authorized (limited to the top 2 inventor, if the student comes in second, the supervisor should be the first). (4) Other scientific research work, which was recognized by the preliminary review of the college degree assessment committee, can be considered meet the graduation conditions. 2. The postgraduate students should complete the requested training plan within the specified study period of the school, complete the thesis and pass the defense, and be allowed to graduate. After deliberation and approval by the school degree assessment committee, the corresponding master’s degree is granted. Other matters not mentioned above shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant regulations of the school.
