本课程介绍了电化学传感器的原理和技术、新型热门的分析方法(表面等离子共振技术、悬浮芯片);食品安全现代生物检测技术(适配体技术、免疫学检测技术和PCR技术);新型功能化材料(磁性材料、金纳米材料、银纳米材料、上转换发光材料、量子点、荧光纳米材料、石墨烯和磷光纳米材料)及其在食品安全领域中的应用。
课程英文简介
The course introduces the principle and technology of electrochemical sensor, the novel and hot analytical method, modern biological detection technology for food safety, novel functional materials and its application in food safety. Among them, the novel and hot analytical methods include surface plasma resonance technology and suspension chip. Modern biological detection technologies involve adaptor technology, immunological detection technology and PCR technology. Novel functional materials introduce magnetic materials, gold nanomaterials, silver nanomaterials, up-conversion luminescence materials, quantum dots, fluorescent nanomaterials, graphene and phosphorescence nanomaterial.

教学内容及学时分配: Teaching content and time allocation: 第一章 绪论 (2学时) 主要内容:食品安全检测新技术包括电化学传感器、新型热门的分析方法、现代生物检测技术和新型功能化材料等的研究进展。 Chapter1 Introduction (two credit hours) Main content: The chapter introduces new technology of food safety detection including the research progress of electrochemical sensor, novel and hot analysis method, modern biological detection technology and novel functional materials and so on. 第二章 电化学传感器检测技术原理与应用 (3学时) 主要内容:电化学传感器的工作原理、电化学检测技术、电化学传感器的修饰方法及其应用实例 Chapter 2 The principle and application of determination technology on electrochemical sensor (three credit hours) Main content: This chapter includes the work principle and modified approaches of electrochemical sensor, electrochemical detection technology and application examples. 第三章 表面等离子体共振技术 (5学时) 主要内容: 介绍表面等离子体共振技术的基本原理、主要参数、分离及其在食品安全检测中的应用,高通量悬浮芯片技术的原理、基本特点及其在食品安全检测中的应用。 Chapter 3 The new and hot analytical technology (five credit hours) Main content: The chapter introduces the basic principle, main parameters, separation and application in food safety determination of surface plasma resonance technology, and the principle, basic characteristics, and application in food safety determination of high throughout suspension chip. 第四章 食品安全现代生物检测技术 (10学时) 主要内容:常用的免疫学检测技术及其应用实例,适配体技术的基本原理、筛选方法、技术特点及应用; PCR检测的原理、反应体系及应用。 Chapter 4 Modern biological detection technology for food safety (ten credit hours) Main content: This chapter introduces the common immunological detection technology and its application examples, and the basic principle, screening assays, technical characteristics and its application of adaptor technology, and the principle, reaction system and its application of PCR technology. 第五章 新型的功能化纳米材料及应用 (6学时) 主要内容:磁性微球合成及其在电化学生物传感器中的应用;量子点的基本特性、合成、功能化修饰及其应用;上转换发光材料的合成机理、合成方法、表面修饰及应用。 Chapter 5 Novel functional nanomaterials (six credit hours) Main content: This chapter introduces synthesis of magnetic microsphere and its application in electrochemical biosensors, and the basic characteristics, synthesis, functional modification and application of quantum dots, and synthesized mechanism, synthesized approaches, surface modification and application of up-conversion luminescence materials. 第六章 分子印迹技术 (3学时) 主要内容: 分子印迹技术的原理、分类及及其在食品安全领域的应用 Chapter 6 Molecular imprinting technology (Three credit hours) Main content: The chapter introduces the principle and category of molecular imprinting technology, and its application in the food safety. 第七章 近红外光谱和拉曼光谱检测技术 (3学时) 主要内容:近红外光谱检测技术原理与应用实例;拉曼光谱的检测技术原理及应用。 Chapter 7 The measurement technology of near infrared spectra and raman spectra (Three credit hours) Main content: The chapter introduces the principle and application examples of near infrared spectra measurement technology, and the principle and application of raman spectra measurement technology.
